Artboard export not lining up with document.

I'm running into issues when exporting artboards in 1.2.022. on Windows 10. The initial artboard created with the document works fine, but any changes to that artboard or others that I create are offset.
The export settings used:
Exporting Artboard 1 works as expected:
Exporting Artboard 2 is vertically offset:
Exporting Artboard 3 is completely white:
Exporting Artboard 4 is horizontally and vertically offset:

@LoginError There are indeed issues when exporting as PNG with the "artboard" option selected, while selecting "canvas" or "objects" works fine. This is likely a bug.
