Enclosed selection mode

This looks interesting. You press a key while using the selection tool and it only selects those items completely within the selection box.
I know VS already allowed for this to be toggled in the settings, but it would be interesting to add the opposite effect from what is set as your default selection method.

@Boldline I think this is easy to add. Meanwhile there is a "Reverse Intersecting Mode" feature where if you draw the selection box in reverse direction (right to left) then it flips the intersecting mode.
