Two more tool requests inspired by Extend Path Tool

Inspired by the post in 1.2 Beta 'Pleasantly surprised with the Extend path tool' and responses to it, I feel free to place two more tool requests in the same category of useful supporting drawing tools.
1 Line to tangent tool
Draw line from to tangent curve.
ā¢ line from tangent curve to tangent curve
ā¢ from point to tangent curve (or reverse)
(collision snapping cannot help me to accomplish this)
2 Perpendicular line tool
Draw line perpendicular to curve or straight line

@Ayo I think both are covered if you enable 'Snap to Tangents'
in the Snapping Options panel (version 1.2 only).
