Gradient panel: not visible

The Gradient panel is not displayed.

@Pat Works here, tried on Windows also. Is there any other panel open?
One thing to try is to restore all to defaults. There is a new command for this in the Help menu -> Restore Defaults

@Pat Could be related to the iconified state. I open a bug on this one.
