Question about duplicating objects

    Is there a way to set where the duplicate of an object appears (e.g., when using cmd-D shortcut key on macOS)?

    I would often like the new objects to appear at the same location of the originals when using geometric shape-building tools.

    Nevermind - I found duplicate offsets in settings - I could swear it did not show the first few times I searched for "dupl" in settings search.
