Adobe's Save for Web Feature

Then use the following JPEG export settings:

The exported JPEG file size is around 1.6 MB on my system.

I used similar JPEG export settings in Affinity Publisher:

The exported JPEG file size is just around 520 KB on my system.

If I used Adobe Illustrator, I think the exported JPEG file size would be smaller. Is it possible to create Adobe Illustrator's Save for Web feature, to produce smaller JPEG file size?
