      I'm not sure how it looks in your case, but since release no. 1.07x
      I have premanent problems with splash screen. Whenever I click on while VS is loading it freezes with no response and add some black background under it. The font has black color and its unreadeable on dark background.
      I suggest getting rid of the transparency in this module and designing it so that the elements are visible regardless of the circumstances.
