Rectangle tool with stroke set to outside or inside causes issues

using the rectangle tool with the stroke set to either inside or outside is still causing the odd issues with the width of the path as compared to the vertical parts. Here is the video

@Boldline Can you confirm that 'Transformed Stroke' and/or 'Uniform Stroke Scaling' are enabled in Document Setup?

@Boldline This can be replicated, and it is a bug. I will try to have the fix as soon as possible.
A workaround for now: change the alignment back and forth.
