Wacom stylus has trouble clicking a second time on checkbox in offset path panel

Using the wacom stylus on my cintiq, I am getting essentially a double click when I attempt to change the preview setting in the offset path panel. In this video, the first few attempts are all done with the stylus on my screen. The last couple that worked are done with my mouse.
I am wondering if this ties in with the issue I've had getting the pen tool to create a cusp node with the last node placed by clicking on it the second time - perhaps it's seeing it as a third click and therefore ending the line instead? -

@VectorStyler Sharing related examples of difficulties related to issues with the settings for the stylus on VS. Very often it is difficult to get the stylus to select an existing node to move and edit it. You can see in the video examples of my attempts to click on an existing node and move it. I have better luck in the middle of the video and repeated failures at the end. The issue happens often in every project I work in. The more zoomed out I am, the more likely it will not select the node as it should - the more I zoom in, the more likely it will work as expected.
