@Jayanta-Das Looks like the corner handles are wrong when negative scale is used.
There is also an other (known) corner issue: with scaled objects, the corners become non-proportional.I did not get the center pivot issue. From the video: the center pivot was moved when both rectangles were selected, and it stayed moved. But I think this is how it should be.

@VectorStyler The centre pivot of both the selected object stayed moved but centre pivot of individual item should be in the centre of its object.

Since the center pivot is stored with the object, when two objects are selected and the pivot is moved, both of the object pivots will be moved (there is no other object to associate the new pivot).
To have a separate pivot for the two objects (and not store it per individual object), the two objects must be grouped first.
