Bottom Layer Locked but there is still some movement when clicking and adjusting nodes on other layers above

I'm still getting some movement from the image used on the locked layer used as a source for tracing overtop on different layers.

@Boldline This is an open bug, has been reported by others also. Nothing is moving, but the display of images is wrong when having Direct Preview Editing enabled and dragging objects, or nodes.
