Ability to move warp selection box before commiting edits

When we use the warp tool found in the vertical toolbar, right now I cannot move the selected object i am warping until I commit to the edits. I would like to be able to move the warp selection box (along with my selection) so that as I make and adjust the warp, I can adjust the object location.
my thought was to allow a click and drag in the center of the warp selection to move it - much like what can currently be done with the arrow keys
