Gradient Window Wouldn't close

Somehow I got an extra gradient panel and it wouldn't close or respond to anything. The good news, everything else behaved properly, like the window wasn't even there. The only way to get rid of it was too shut down the program. I'm not sure how it happened, so can't reproduce the steps.

@Comet I will try to replicate it, let me know if you find out more on how did this occur.
