Printing compatibility issue

I will try to replicate the printing issue.
I do not know what these settings are for... they're not accurate as to the capabilities of the printer itself.
This is the paper size for VS to print on, can overwrite the default paper size.

@VectorStyler If there is anything I can do to help, let me know.

I will have this bug still open. I think it is some sort for VS <> printer driver compatibility issue on Windows.
-
I have a new printer. I sent you the tests for it directly.
-
@debraspicher Got the files, I will try to find out what causes the issues.
-
I only did one print, but it does seem like the print alignment issue is fixed. I haven't done rigorous testing or anything.
It still ignores the Print Preview option in the print dialog, so probably ignoring all the other settings there as well.

I did a test print now because I just needed a simple peak at a draft and yes, it still ignores Print Preview. This is a known. Bizarrely, however, it won't print a Layer group that has reduced opacity. I seem to remember encountering this before. It's almost like it is being treated as a template Layer.
Having the ability to add bleeds in our PNGs/JPG exports would help get around this as printing in-software is not so critical where color management is usually handled best from software focused specifically for printing. (with appropriate export and correct profiles).

@debraspicher I open a new bug on this.
Is there an example document which I can use for replicating this?EDIT: and what was the printer?
-
@VectorStyler The printer used is in my signature (Epson ET-8550). I'll make a document.
Also, I noted trying Microsoft Print to PDF, I can only output an Adobe Postscript file (*.ps). Was curious what would happen there...
I made a folder of files here so it's easier to see what is happening and included the .ps file:

@debraspicher Got it, thanks!

The opacity issue can be partially replicated here. Here it will print the object, but without opacity.

@VectorStyler I've had that happen as well
