Animated panels?

I am seeing animated panels when creating a new document or opening files.

Windows 10.

@William-Kansepa Cannot replicate it here. I tried on Windows 10 with similar panel arrangements.

You could send me the workspace / settings files of VS so that I can try the same configuration.

Got to the Help menu and select "Reveal Workspace Folder" and compress the "resources" folder. This contains the workspace, settings, panel arrangements and other application state files.
