There are some issues with the Displacement
-
Displacement is one of my favorite features. The first time I wanted to try using VS was because I saw the Displacement feature.
The generated effects of Displacement are not fine-tuned enough and require optimization.
The minimum value for lines is 1.0pt (0.35mm), and it seems that there is no setting to remove this restriction.
When changing the color of the displacement variation source, the effect disappears. However, when changing the color of the Line Grid, the effect comes back.

@Li-Xiao I added this to the backlog. Could a Command+R refresh help here?
-
@VectorStyler Ctrl+R refresh is effective.
The issue with the lines can be improved by adding nodes, but it will result in the loss of the non-destructive effect of the Line Grid.
-
@VectorStyler Is the 1pt limitation intentional in the design, or am I missing any relevant settings? I hope this limitation can be removed.

@Li-Xiao Yes, the 1pt is a limitation (in the UI) for the grid spacing.
Should this be lower?
-
@VectorStyler Yes, need it to be lower, at least 0.1pt or lower.

Will be changed! The only problem is that it might result in a shape with a huge number of lines.

@VectorStyler Thank you. In practical use, will weigh the pros and cons, but having the ability to use it is much better than not being able to use it at all.
