Bug reporting and tracking

I know this is not an open source software but would be nice to have some sort of trackable reporting system for bugs. It's hard to tell which bugs were fixed based on the posts in the bug section. For an occasional bug report it is fine as-is but due to the number of issues it would be much easier to ID whether a particular bug was fixed or not, and if so, in which release.

@pentool I think this could be done, after 1.2 is released. I have to consider what tools are best for public bug tracking and how to integrate with this forum (bugs will be still posted to the forum).
