I saw this video on Instagram.
Illustrator’s way demonstrated here as extra steps, but this is what I envision the “adjust node removal curvature” offering; where the resulting path does not move much at all

@Boldline Added this to the backlog. Whether the curve moves or not it also depends on its shape and if it can be approximated with a single curve.
