Pattern brush.. Help

I was making a halftone pattern brush. While testing and applying brush to a rectangle I couldn't make every corner smooth. I adjusted the corner some corner look good but some are not. Any advice where I can adjust.

This could be a bug, and it might depend on the width of the brush.
