Top-down coordinates guides confusion

I'm not sure if this is a bug or theres an additional preference or setting that remedies this, but, when placing a guide on a page, with Top-down coordinates ticked in doc setup, the on screen rollover placement seems to be displaying VS standard Cartesian readings whereas the guidelines panel displays correct for Top-down coordinates - I could be wrong, but, I think it was displaying correct previous to V1.1.053
