Confusing style-editing in VS

Very confusing style-editing in VS which generally seems to live its own life. When trying to enter at Character style (within a paragraph style) like in 'Dope Illustrator the type freaks out and disappears.
Do I miss out something?

@Raaskot Seems to be a bug. Removing the default character styles causes this. The fix is to set a color for the text (it is missing).
I will fix this ASAP.
