What is the default "Move with Keyboard" amount?

What is the default "Move with Keyboard" amount? Somehow mine got shifted to the maximum, though I don't remember doing so and when I held down shift and went to move something, that multiplied it by 10! So I had object going WAY off the artboard

@Boldline It should be 1 pt (PostScript points) or the equivalent 0.014 in.

You may have accidentally changed.
