@Boldline The "Offset Path Tool" (not the shape effect, but the destructive mode tool) does this.

apart from copy it ?And are multiple Offsets possible ?

The original is shown only while editing. Once you exit the tool, the results are "flattened".

You mean "new offsets"? Yes, you close the tool and select it again, then you can add offset to another part of the path.
