Failing to edit colour stop on gradient with more than two colour stops

If a gradient has only two colour stops, I am able to change either (stop) to a desired colour. However, occasionally if a new color stop is inserted, I can no longer change the colour for the last colour stop (by selecting directly on the artwork using the Gradient Editor tool). I can only edit it using the Gradient panel or the Gradient Style modal view.
Please note that when using VS with the default settings I am not facing this challenge. I am suspecting it has something to do with my settings.I have sent my settings to your email.

@William-Kansepa I opened a bug on this.
I could not replicate the issue, but there was an other problem that prevented changes of spot colors, this will be fixed. To change spot colors, first they just be expanded (icon under the tint number).I also tried with the workspace files sent by email, but it seems to be working here.
If you could make a short recording on how you try to change the color, this might help identifying the problem (it could be that I tried different ways of color changing).

I found out the offending setting which was causing this. I had this selected: Settings>Editing>Collapsed Gradient Knobs. I unchecked the checkbox for this setting and it's now functioning as expected.
This seems like a bug.

I will try to replicate with this, and improve if possible.
