What settings do I adjust so not to scale the stroke size when editing width/height?

If I am working with shapes and I am editing the width or height specifically, but not scaling from a corner of the shape, what settings to do I need to adjust so it does not scale the stroke size as well?

there is the same setting in
Document Options too

@Boldline There is also a Transformed Stroke and Uniform Stroke Scaling option in the Document Setup view General tab.

is working here
