As in the topic above - this feature works very well in Affinity Designer 1. It enables to pick colors outside application window - Record it

Technically this is doable, but when doing this MacOS will (and should) notify the user if it allows VS to record the screen. And the user must add VS to that allowed list somewhere in the security settings.
