An "Offset" parameter in the Transform dialogs would be nice

When I say "dialogs" I meant the transform and rotate dialogs (Object > Transform). This would serve as a realtime adjustment of the transform point (horizontal + vertical) while performing the transform (as in, say, multiple rotated copies).
