FIX? Changing artboard position in modal view to move artboard guidelines also.

In the 1.1.095 release one of the fix is listed as:
Changing artboard position in modal view to move artboard guidelines also.

I was wondering if this fix is referencing this bug report?

Because that's not fixed.

@pentool This one is a different error. The guidelines in the example were created with the guideline grid maker and it seems to still have a bug.

@pentool After a bit more inspection, the bug was only half fixed.
Additional fix will be in the next build.
