Combine Three Elements

Why does the Combine Tool:Union not combine three elements?
The result looks like this:

@Buntstift It seems to be working correctly for me over here. Are you able to upload the file right before you attempted the union so we can test it?
If you save out the VS file, press the icon on the far right of the chat to choose the file to upload to your post in this thread
