Shape menu text is cut off

I noticed that when I double click a shape icon in the tools, a popup panel appears. However this menu is not complete, a portion is cut off. I have not always been able to replicate it, but it has a happened a couple of times.

@postdes I add this to the backlog as a bug. Could not replicate it so far.

@postdes This layout issue occurred when opening the shape view first time in El Capitan to High Sierra versions. The issue is fixed in the new build.
