Where is the Crash Log File in Windows Explorer? App Always Crashes & Asks About Missing Links

I can't find the crash log file or folder from this location:
C:\Users<user name>\Numeric Path
Is there another location for the crash log file?
VectorStyler always crashes if I move some linked images. It always asks about missing links, although there is no missing link in the file

@gotanidea Crash logs on Windows are in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NumerciPath\Crash Logs\

@VectorStyler I can't find that path on my system, but I finally find the crash log files in C:\ProgramData\NumericPath\Crash Logs
