I was trying to understand the value of having a zero-width stroke option with the path brush. (I'm going to test this with the pen tool and regular brush tool as well) Is there a usage for having a brush be at zero width? If so, let's keep it, but maybe add another stop in the process at .07 maybe?

Right now in inches, the bracket keys automatically drop the size from .28 to .14 to .00. To me it would make more sense to have a .07 size in there and then a zero if needed? So many times I prefer a smaller brush size than .14, but I can't seem to let it add it in the preferences. I can add it in but it does not retain it the next time I open preferences again.

No, not really, but there needs to be a lower limit.
