Pencil: not functionning with the mouse

Suddenly, I can't draw curves with the mouse (only lines are possible) but I can draw curves on my tablet with the digital pen:
I did save the file with the few drawings to check again later but when I reopened it, the artboard was empty.

@PatrickM Maybe you pressed the Tab key, which makes the Pencil tool draw straight lines?

@b77 I'm not sure, can't tell. It would do this only with the mouse and not the pen ?
