VS frequently forces Artboard to center screen when working off to the side

I've noticed a problem in build 61 where if I am working on something off to the side of the main artboard, VS will suddenly switch the view to show the artboard centered in view when it has not been requested.
It happens when using different tools and commands - for example, it just happened when I was deleting an object - the view switched suddenly. The result was as if I selected "command-0" to center the view on the whole artboard
