Could i Install an old VS version over a new one ?

Or do I have to consider anything ?

Would like to switch back from 1.1030 to 1.1.028
for some Reasons.

Btw i report already one in Bugs
Rotation point on original Text LIne is in the middle
and if i make clone the Rotation Center
on that clone is in the left bottom corner

Does not work. Windows does not allow me
install an older version over a newer version.
I have to uninstall the newer version first.
