A problem with opening files via File Explorer in Windows 10

I have a problem opening files associated with VS via File Explorer in Windows 10.
So far, I have encountered this problem with SVG files and .VS projects.Nothing happens when the application is turned on.
When I try to open a .VS or SVG file without running app, the program starts and opens a new blank document.
It was also random on the previous build.
Only this app is affected - no problem occurs when assigning SVG files to another software.
