    Gradients copied and exported as images in PDF and SVG

      I (suddenly?) have the issue that copying a simple two color two stop gradient to Affinity as PDF or SVG is carried over like an image.

      To my surprise also exporting the same basic shape with a basic gradient is exported to PDF and SVG as images as well? If I open them in VS after exporting them from VS I just see images. No gradients.

        @Ingolf Can you send me a gradient example that exports as image.
        Typically (if linear or concentric), the gradient color transition and color mode may impact whether it is exported as an image or as a gradient.

          Can't reproduce now that I switched to RGB from CMYK... so that was the root cause, CMYK?

            Could be. At least in the case of SVG, the color transition made in CMYK mode cannot be simulated in RGB mode.
