How to keep hierarchy and groups names in SVG file

Could you please explain to me how to export SVG file keeping the hierarchy of elements and group names?
I have prepared a box template and when I want to open it in VS or AI all of thes informations are gone. Tried with layers instead of groups - no result.

Another problem. I noticed that in the exported file the scoring lines (blue) are offset from the original.

@vectoradmin I forgot to mention one more detail.
When I imported the file into other software ( also AI), all objects were duplicated. I will try to recreate it and send the appropriate file.
