Harmonize stroke, color and appearance panel

Again a minor thing but I had to figure the connection out:
- Appearance panel: I can select hairline, but not none. I have to delete the border while selecting none to remove a border is possible in the stroke panel.
- Stroke panel: if stroke it set to none here, adding a border doesn't work in the appearance panel (nothing happens)
- Color panel: if solid is set to none here, adding a solid doesn't work in the appearance panel (nothing happens)**
EDIT: Can't replicate 2. and 3. after restart of VS, but I will keep looking for the issue because afterward the program started to act strangely so I terminated it.

@Ingolf I could not replicate 2 and 3 either. Could be some issue in the Appearance panel.
