File drag and drop not working on windows 10

When I drag and drop a file form window explorer / window desktop to a vectorstyler blank window, VS open file tabs bar or a opened document, the dragged file will not open or add. Use VS 1.1.002 beta on windows 10.

- When no document is opened, drag and drop only will work if you realeased it in the middle area of the document area. There is a big spacing around this area without doing anything
- When I drag and drop it to the tabs of the opened documents it don't will add the file as a new document or do anything.

@freggern Yes it can be replicated, it seems that there is some issue with the margin (only a narrow margin at the bottom for me).
I will keep this open. -

The last two bugs where fixed before. I think there is a regression in this build you can't add Layers over the drag and drop function by using the layer panel. It will open a new document. I think in last releases it added a new layer with the svg file I dropped there.

@freggern I could not replicate this on Windows: if I drag a file over an open document canvas area, it will import the file content as a new object into the document.

I dont mean drop it at the document canvas area. I mean dropping it direct on the "layer panal"-area when a document is opened.

Now I got it. Dropping files into the Layers panel is not yet supported (neither on Windows or Mac), but I think this would make a good feature, so I added it to the backlog.
