Snapping issue I faced

I am getting hard time snapping object. Here you can clearly see that it is not snapping well. but it snap with bounding box instead. I dont know is this a bug so posting here. -
@Jayanta-Das What you need is Collision Snapping from the same panel, if I understand correctly.

A proper Tutorial is needed for me for some basic functions. Coming from another program so will take time. -
@Jayanta-Das 'Snap to Shape' snaps only nodes to object shapes.
@vectoradmin Can this be made clearer by changing the name to 'Snap Nodes/Points to Shape'. Or is it too much?

I think its ok with the current name. Its just happening as there is no tutorial of functions. Once it comes to knowledge everything will be ok.
