    How do I separate wonky linked panels?

      I had detached the vertical toolbar at some point and was trying to put it back. Somehow it got linked with the top horizontal tool bar and now I can't seem to find a good way to unlink them and get them back to their default positions.
      I know this topic has been brought up in the past - but this is a strong case for a "reset panels to default location" option under the VS menu would come in handy!

        @Boldline This looks like a bug, and can be replicated. Hide the toolbox (View - Toolbox) and show it again.

          @Boldline how about disabling toolbar in panel and selecting again

            @vectoradmin That worked! It was actually under Panels>Toolbox, not View. (only mentioning in case anyone gets confused)
            I was able to put things back but still have this artifact that remains now. A vertical gray line right under the yellow/orange circle. I'm going to restart VS and see if it goes away. Update: The artifact is gone now as I expected with restart of VS
