Want new objects with brush outline

When trying to create a new object with specific brush after selecting another shape with requested brush features the result is just plain.
Where in the settings do I fix that?

@Raaskot These parametric shapes cannot be create with brush outline.
You have to select it afterwards.
Those settings work for Pen and Pencil only.I will add an option for this.
