Margins only in points?

Hi, im trying to setup my margins, but even i changed the ruler to centimeters, when i go to the artboard margin option, it only allow me to enter the value in "pt". Is possible to change margins in centimeters or any other numeric system?
Im a little confused to know where i set-up the margins of the document, and how i make them to display.

Also, how i setup the same margins for all the Artboards? Even if i check "All Artboards on Canvas" i need to setup each margin individually

In document setup there is a separate unit for the document and the ruler. Set the document units to cm.

Are these artboards all on the same canvas? I tried to replicate this, but here all artboards on the current canvas are changed.
