Fixed a regression in rendering clipped groups
Fixed a bug in breaking shape inside a planar map
Fixed a bug in the eraser tool
Do not paste inside hidden layers
In outline mode box selections should select only intersecting shapes
Added options to the width halftone type to remove thin sections of the halftones
Allow up/down arrow use in the Layers panel
