Character Vertical and Horizontal scaling options

For easy and efficient access, can't these two options be added so that they appear alongside the Leading, Kerning and Tracking options in the Character panel? As it stands, they are obscure and many clicks away in the Character Options...

@William-Kansepa I can add these, but it will not be in the default Character panel state, only when the panel is expanded.
