Displacement with Curvature Scale
-
The Curvature Scale effect can make curves smoother, making it the perfect partner to the Displacement effect, especially when creating Wave-like effects. I started using this method last year, recorded some basic operations, and provided reference files.

@VectorStyler
After applying the Curvature Scale effect, the program tends to run very slowly. Can you optimize this? Also, there seems to be a slight issue with uniformity when using this effect. While tweaking different parameters can improve it, it would be great to have some optimization in this aspect as well.

@Li-Xiao I opened a bug on this.

looks great, will look into how you done it
also a great thank you, for doing the tutorial.

I just watched your video now.
You used some interesting masking tricks.
Pretty cool and very inspiring.

Can you send me this example with the waving lines using the Curvature Scale effect. I need it to replicate the issue
