Keep latest brush features in memory? Any Bucket Tool?

Two questions:

1. How do I let VS keep latest brush features (brush, width, color etc.) in memory when switching back and forth between pen mode (P) and other tools?

2. Styler Picker (I): I know how to choose object and pick features from another, but is opposite procedure available, meening, picking a feature and apply to non selected objects like in AI with the bucket tool?

enable "Brushes with the Pen Tool" in Settings -> Drawing

Select (menu) -> Options -> Alternate Style Picker
