Option to offset and position the text on a path has disappered

I wonder if I have missed a setting in Preferences.
The option to offset and position the text on a path has disappered in the ctrl-f-panel. Now it's split up in ctrl-opt-F-panel in two different tabs and its a bit annoying.
What do you say?

@Raaskot The modal view (on the right) did not change.
The panel is in a small state by default, using the up/down knob in the panel title will reveal more.
