Shape Effects, vector handles unresponsive

Why can I only manipulate some of the vector handles? Have I missed something?

@Raaskot This is a bug (probably a recent regression). Will be fixed ASAP.

@VectorStyler you should also check other settings: if you change a value, going back to the former value doesn't bring back the initial design:

This one is not a bug. When changing the grid count, it resets the mesh.
